Work in progress.. only screenies for starters  Smiley

Garden area might look familiar, it's the same I used for DeLayne Manor that's also on the exchange.. which I intended to rebuild on a bigger sized lot, I took a wrong turn somewhere and ended up with this, i'm not complaining  Grin.

Download link to be added soonish.

Edit: removed 'WiP' from topic title.

Download's here  Smiley

Quite a few things changed in comparison with the screenshots I uploaded initially, contents;

Pool, 2 bars
Parking lot/Bicycle racks (space for 6 cars & 9 bikes)
BBQ Area

Bathroom/showers building is a copy from the Sunset Valley "Le Petit Shark Pool Center", I lacked creativity and it fits well with the rest of the place.

Some new screenshots:

Comments and criticism appreciated.

I like the uniqueness of this, actually. It feels like it belongs in Las Vegas in one of the resorts. I've downloaded it!! Thank you for sharing.

It looks like your design for your swimming pool is so creative. I think I should need to download it and try to make it to a reality swimming pool.SEO Services
