TS3 Create A Pattern BSOD

I have a similar problem since ambitions
When i start sims 3/create a pattern, after a min or more there is a BSOD
and my computer is strong enough for the game

i got this problem solved for the game iteself, by starting with fps limiter and 3booter, and sims 3 works fine

But i need a fps limiter and 3booter  for Create A Pattern so it wont do blue screen of death
