GAMEMOD - Realistic Car Speeds

  It always bugged me how fast the cars drive in TS3 so i slowed 'em down a bit. Here is the package that will make the cars go slower.

How To Install:
*DO NOT PUT IN YOUR DOWNLOADS FOLDER IN MY DOCUMENTS*

Use this handy tool to help with the hard part: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=344611
then double click the package file and the installer monkey sould put it where it need to go.

Thank you so much. I only ever have my sims drive if I want to enjoy the scenery passing by. At other times I teleport them wherever I want them to go. So I am very happy you made driving slower.
