I was going to wait to start this new contest till I got the redone main site back up,
but thought what the heck, I will start it now!  

In Celebration of the big changes coming to TSC (and yes I know its been taking me longer than I wanted due to my lack of freetime) I am holding a "Renovation Celebration"
Since TSC is being renovated, I thought a great contest would be to hold a contest where you must renovate a rather plain and boring house and turn it into something
fresh and incredible!

Contest Objective:
Renovate and make this house awesome!

This is the first house I built for TS3 when I first installed the game, and uploaded here mostly just to test the uploading system here when I first opened TSCE3, its pretty plain and boring, but has potential with the help of skilled renovators!

Rules

1. You may not remove any Exterior/Interior Walls, basic shell of the exterior and all current interior walls must be kept, additional walls, adding onto the building is allowed as long as the basic original house is kept in tact underneath all the renovations.
2. You may remove/add windows, doors etc.
3. You may landscape the yard however you want, but the pool must stay
4. You may change colors of the original house, and change the floors/wall colors etc.
5. You may change the roof, since you are allowed to add on to the house, the roof can be changed to better fit the renovated house.
6. Custom content is allowed as long as you give credit and link to the original creator if Custom Content is included.
7. All entries must be uploaded to TSC Sims 3 Exchange
8. Have fun with it!

Wow, everyone's entries are fabulous, I love every last one.  They are all gorgious!!!!

Well, here is mine, it is a little off beat with my normal traditional style, but I thought "Why not?"  I didn't make many physical changes, I liked the basic style as it was.  I have several ideas for it though as far as some major change, and if you don't mind CJ, I would like to take a go at one or two, just for fun, not for this contest.  

Anyway here is my entry...And I think that I like Kimi will post most off my pictures with the upload.  But, here are a couple for you to get an idea.

I think that I only used one thing that is CC that is the bookcase in the  main bedroom.  I think that is a Sims Store Item so I don't know if that counts or not.
